Art direction covers so many disciplines, even in one project. Fonts, colours, personality, interpreting the style guide, choice of photographer, director, illustrator, locations, casting, layout, typography. I could go on. And they’re the ones who analyse a deadline to scope the work-out to see which direction is possible for the budget.
